Refund Policy

At Mind Design Mentoring, we value transparency and fairness in all our client relationships.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, rescheduling, and cancellations are accepted for all coaching, mentoring, consulting, and workshop services provided through www.minddesignmentoring.com.

Our goal is to ensure that every client receives high-quality service while respecting the time, preparation, and scheduling involved in one-on-one and group sessions.

Scope

​

This policy applies to all purchases of:

​

  • One-on-one coaching or mentoring sessions

  • Consulting appointments

  • Online workshops, group programs, and masterclasses

  • Packages or multi-session programs

​

By booking or purchasing any of the above, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

​

Booking and Payment

​

All services must be booked and paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer.

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with session or workshop details.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

​

a. Individual Sessions

​

  • You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no cost.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session or failure to attend will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

If unforeseen circumstances arise, we may, at our discretion, offer one complimentary rescheduling opportunity per client.

b. Workshops and Group Programs

​

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start of a workshop or program: full refund.

  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before the start: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start: non-refundable.

If we cancel or postpone a workshop, you will be offered:

​

  1. A full refund, or

  2. The option to transfer your booking to a future date or program.

​

c. No-Shows

​

If you fail to attend a booked session or workshop without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

​

Refund Eligibility

​

Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

  • A session or program was paid for but not delivered due to an error on our side.

  • The service was cancelled by Mind Design Mentoring for any reason.

  • Technical or scheduling issues prevented delivery, and no alternative time could be arranged.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Partially completed packages or programs.

  • Change of mind after a session or service has begun.

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations, as coaching outcomes depend on individual participation and personal commitment.

Packages and Multi-Session Programs

​

When purchasing a multi-session coaching or mentoring package:

  • All sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe (typically 3–6 months, depending on the package).

  • Unused sessions expire after the agreed period and are non-refundable.

  • If you wish to discontinue a package mid-way, refunds for unused sessions may be considered only in exceptional cases, at our discretion, and subject to a 10% administrative fee.

Exceptional Circumstances

​

We understand that unexpected life events can occur.
If you experience a medical emergency, family emergency, or other serious event that prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible at info@minddesignmentoring.com.

We will review each case individually and may offer:

  • A partial refund,

  • A credit towards a future session or program, or

  • The option to transfer your booking to another person.

Proof (e.g., medical or travel documentation) may be requested for verification.

Refund Process

​

If you are eligible for a refund:

  1. Please email us at info@minddesignmentoring.com with your full name, booking date, and payment reference.

  2. We will confirm receipt and process your request within 7–10 business days.

  3. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time for processing.

Digital Products and Downloads

​

From time to time, Mind Design Mentoring may offer digital materials, e-books, guides, or recorded workshops.
Because these products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” no refunds are available once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

If a file is defective or inaccessible, please contact us, and we will provide a working version at no additional cost.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Clients)

​

If you are an EU resident purchasing a service online, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of payment, provided the service has not yet started.

Once a coaching session, consultation, or online workshop has begun (even partially), this right is considered waived, as the service is being performed immediately at your request.

We may update or revise this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect legal or operational changes.
The latest version will always be available on our Website, with the date of the last update clearly displayed.
