ABOUT
MY MISSION
My mission is to make structural thinking simple and accessible, so it can be applied to real-life transitions, decisions, and everyday challenges. Drawing on my own experiences and knowledge, I introduce a way of thinking that helps people navigate change with more clarity, structure, and stability.
MY STORY
After more than twelve years in an international automotive career, I decided to step out of the corporate world and open a new chapter in my life.

It was not a sudden decision, but a gradual shift. Over the years, I began to notice that my creativity and energy were at their strongest when I could support others - not only through design work, but through the way I think, structure, and help make sense of complex situations. Alongside my professional roles, I often found myself mentoring younger colleagues, offering perspective, encouragement, and direction. Looking back, this was one of the earliest signs that another part of my work was already taking shape.

My years in the automotive industry taught me perseverance. As a foreigner and a woman, I had to stand my ground in a demanding creative field where I often had to represent my own voice with clarity and consistency. This experience shaped me deeply. It taught me that individuality is not a weakness to manage, but a strength that can become an advantage when understood and used consciously.

At the same time, working in design taught me something equally important: the value of simplicity. I learned how to focus on clear, refined solutions instead of overcomplicating things, and how to stay centered even under pressure. Over time, this way of thinking became more than a professional skill — it became a perspective I began to apply far beyond design itself.

That perspective eventually became the foundation of Mind Design.
Today, I bring the same design-oriented mindset into human transitions: helping people understand what is changing, regain orientation, and create a more stable internal structure for what comes next. For me, this work is not separate from my design background - it grows directly from it.
